  • Dancers train hard to build their skills, as well as their strength, flexibility and endurance. The demands are high … and so is the risk of injury. Studies show that more than 90% of dance-related injuries affect the lower back, hips, knees, ankles and feet. Many are linked to physical issues - such as improper body alignment, biomechanics or overtraining - as well as the shoes worn, flooring and other environmental factors.
